Fifth Sunday of Easter

In these trying times, our lives have been profoundly changed.
The many things we have taken for granted in our daily routines
have been altered. Hopefully, we have turned to prayer and reflection leading us to become more aware of what is really important;
our loved ones, family, neighbors and those in need.
Our response to all this, comes from the Lord Jesus Christ and the
blessings of love. In a very real way, we acquire and understand
love through our family.
Today as we celebrate Mother’s Day, let us recall and be renewed in
our mother’s deep sacrificial love. May we be transformed by it give
of ourselves to others in service, charity, respect and love.
