Eucharistic Ministry to the Home bound and Care Facilities

These stewards provide spiritual support to the many parishioners who are not able to attend Mass, due to health and illness issues.

Mission and Purpose:

It is the goal of this ministry, which is one of the most important aspects of our faith community to gather those in heed into our parish family. It is very important when someone from our community is not able to attend that we reach out with our support. This ministry provides weekly communion, prayers and is the link between the parish and the sick.
